Any Alternate Voip programs? - Guild Wars Forums

Team speak sounds doesn't sound that great and Ventrilo has the worst licensing to host your own server. I have access to duel xeon 3.2 4gigs ram with a gigabit uplink to the internet (not local) that sole propose is a voip server. This server is part of a non profit organization; does anyone have any suggestions to an alternate voice program?
